In order to support our strong growth, we are looking for a:
Rider Gear Category Manager Helmets M/F
You will work directly with our Vice President Brand & Product Rider Gear and will be responsible for the performance of our helmet business.
Next to creating and maintaining a desirable product portfolio of leading brands you are responsible for the development of a commercial and strategic vision for this category. Together with your team you create the go-to-market strategy for each of the helmet brands we promote.
You will master the product life cycle management process from forecasting to selling out which will help you reach the set profitability targets.
Furthermore in this function you establish strong relationships with our suppliers and formalize contracts. Next to gathering market intelligence, you identify trends, objectives, product gaps, and you continuously prospect for new opportunities.
In this role, you will work in a matrix organization and will mobilize colleagues across the different departments of our organization to help you reaching the targets set on the KPI’s your measured upon.
Fluency in English (another EU spoken language is an asset), is required to facilitate communications given the internationalization of the industry and our organization.
The position is a permanent full-time (CDI) and is located either in Barcelona (Spain) or in the East of France (Bartenheim). Frequent travelling is required.
